Build quality and customer service.

Build quality is excellent but for some reason it was not working on any of my device(iPad mini 6, oneplus 7pro and realme Narzo) . Customer care was polite enough to do replacement but it seems worthless since I had to pay for postal charge. ( shipping charge 1= 100, for replacement 2*100=200, therefore, I would be paying Nu. 300 for Nu. 450 product)
If seller could please check the product before dispatching the product la. 🙏🏻
