Azha Pasa primarily acts as an intermediary and does not function as the manufacturer, owner, importer, or stockholder of all products listed.

2. Independent Sellers

All products listed on Azha Pasa are offered by independent sellers who remain solely responsible for their products, pricing, inventory, warranties, order fulfillment, and customer service obligations.

Azha Pasa may verify or review sellers where applicable; however, such verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assumption of responsibility for the seller or their products.

3. Product Listings & Information

Product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, warranties, certifications, pricing, and availability are supplied by the respective sellers and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions.

While Azha Pasa encourages accuracy and transparency, responsibility for listing information rests with the respective seller.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, stock availability, transportation costs, currency fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Azha Pasa.

The final product price, specifications, and availability shall be confirmed directly with the seller at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders & Seller Confirmation

An enquiry, message, or order request submitted through Azha Pasa does not automatically constitute a confirmed sale.

All transactions remain subject to confirmation by the respective seller regarding:

• Product availability
• Final pricing
• Specifications or variations
• Delivery arrangements
• Payment terms
• Estimated delivery timelines

6. Delivery & Fulfilment

Delivery, shipping arrangements, delivery fees, timelines, and related logistics are managed by the respective seller unless expressly stated otherwise.

Azha Pasa does not assume responsibility for delays, damages, losses, or failures arising from third-party delivery providers or seller fulfilment processes.

7. Product Quality, Warranty & Liability

Product quality, performance, warranties, after-sales service, and manufacturing defects remain the responsibility of the respective seller or manufacturer.

Azha Pasa shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from seller-related issues

Azha Pasa's role is limited to facilitating connections and marketplace visibility.

8. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are advised to exercise reasonable diligence and verify:

• Delivery timelines
• Seller conditions
• Final pricing and payment arrangements

before confirming a purchase.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges shall be governed by the policies of the respective seller unless otherwise expressly communicated by Azha Pasa.

Buyers are encouraged to clarify return and warranty policies prior to making payment.

10. Seller Standards & Platform Integrity

Azha Pasa seeks to maintain a trustworthy marketplace and reserves the right to monitor platform activity and maintain marketplace standards.

Azha Pasa may remove listings, suspend sellers, decline publication of products, or take appropriate action where fraud, misleading information, unethical conduct, policy violations, or harmful marketplace practices are suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azha Pasa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses arising from transactions conducted between buyers and sellers through the platform.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azha Pasa, buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree that Azha Pasa functions primarily as a facilitating and connecting marketplace between independent buyers and sellers, and that transaction responsibilities remain with the respective parties involved.
