All products listed on Azha Pasa are offered by independent sellers who remain solely responsible for their products, pricing, inventory, warranties, order fulfillment, and customer service obligations.

Azha Pasa may verify or review sellers where applicable; however, such verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assumption of responsibility for the seller or their products.

3. Product Listings & Information

Product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, warranties, certifications, pricing, and availability are supplied by the respective sellers and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions.

While Azha Pasa encourages accuracy and transparency, responsibility for listing information rests with the respective seller.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, stock availability, transportation costs, currency fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Azha Pasa.

The final product price, specifications, and availability shall be confirmed directly with the seller at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders & Seller Confirmation

An enquiry, message, or order request submitted through Azha Pasa does not automatically constitute a confirmed sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azha Pasa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses arising from transactions conducted between buyers and sellers through the platform.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azha Pasa, buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree that Azha Pasa functions primarily as a facilitating and connecting marketplace between independent buyers and sellers, and that transaction responsibilities remain with the respective parties involved.
